INTERNET COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL DATA
The computer systems and computer programs used for website operation collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in reply, numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server – successful, error, etc. – and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system and computer environment). This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information, not associated with any user identification data, on the use of the website and to check its correct operation, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to determine liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
Your personal data (e-mail address, name and surname) will be used, with your explicit consent, to send by e-mail the periodic newsletter and promotional and commercial communications of interest to you relating to technical training and refresher courses and the purchase of products supplied by us.
